Jerold Wayne Vashon
SKOWHEGAN – Jerold Wayne Vashon, 70, passed away July 29, 2022 at his home with his daughter beside him. He is resting in peace with his wife Mary-Frances Mc Elrath Vashon.
He went to Waterville school and dropped out to work in factories. When he retired he was working at Huhtamaki in Waterville for many years. Back in the day he used to love to party, and ride motorcycles. Nowadays. He loved video chatting with his grand, great-grandchildren, visiting people, and playing cribbage was his favorite.
He is survived by his daughter Heidi Edgecomb and partner Tony, and son Jeremy Vashon; grandchildren, Mary-Christina Sprouse, Atisha Marie Morse; great-grandchildren Zane, Gideon, and Serenity Sprouse; mother Joyce Nadeau; brothers, John Vashon Jr and wife Tina, Ronald Vashon, Kieth La Croix, Randy La Croix, Rodney La Croix and wife Misty; sister Debra Cannistra, John; sister-in-law Joanne Vashon; and 21 nephews and nieces
He was predeceased by his father John Vashon, Sr.; and brother James Vashon.
Celebration of life will be in three weeks, announced on Facebook.
