AUGUSTA —The Maine Chapter of American Mothers Inc. plans to host its fall meeting at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 21, at the Viles Mansion, 71 Stone St.
Those who attend are asked to bring a package of socks for children or adults to support the organization’s SOCKTOBER Drive, for those in need.
Each year nominations are sought for the Maine Mother of the Year. The organization plans to host a Christmas Gala on Friday, Dec. 9, where nominees for the 2023 mother will be announced.
