I look for those folks who are leaders and that can work with others to find ideas to make things better for my children and my aging parents. I know the candidates for governor and I have firsthand experience of their work on key issues while each has been governor.
Paul LePage has a track record of hurting seniors and children, opposing conservation and outdoor recreation efforts. He made it harder for the seniors to get help with prescription drug costs, slashed education funding and opposed property tax relief efforts. He creates chaos and spreads misinformation.
Gov. Mills brings people together. Her track record of property tax relief, tax rebates, funding education and being a leader is clear. She talks about working together to solve problems and that is how you get things done in Maine.
Vote Janet Mills, as we need a leader who brings people together to solve problems.
