Maine’s current Legislature has only three self-reported health care workers out of 186 elected officials, despite our state having nearly 17,000 actively employed registered nurses (and thousands of various other health care workers) in its workforce. Our “citizen legislature” should better represent all the different workers of Maine, including our nurses.

As a registered psychiatric nurse, Storme St. Valle brings skills to the Maine Senate that we need now more than ever. He is routinely required to pull together information quickly, make sense of it, and make sound decisions under pressure in his work in the emergency department. Storme knows how to listen to understand, not just to respond. He can keep a cool head amidst chaos and work across disciplines in the best interests of his patient. These skills and more make Storme St. Valle an excellent senate candidate for District 15.

Join me in voting St. Valle this November!
