Trevor Ross Reilly

AUGUSTA – Trevor Ross Reilly, 37, of Augusta, died unexpectedly at home on Friday, Nov. 4, 2022.

He was born in Belfast, Maine on July 16, 1985, the son of Paul and Kimberly (Wyman) Reilly. He attended Cony High School and CATC’s culinary program, then graduated from Spanish Springs High School, Sparks, Nev., in 2003 before moving back to Augusta.

Trevor made friends easily. Any time spent with Trevor was sure to be filled with love, laughter, and f-bomb laced banter. Mutual friends introduced Trevor to his future wife Carrie and they started dating on Valentine’s Day, 2004. They married on Aug. 9, 2008 in Gardiner and had three children together. They shared a deep, passionate love that saw them through the hard, the good, and everything in between. They often joked how both of them being cancers was a dangerous thing, but through their almost 20 year relationship, the love never faltered. He was a devoted, loving, protective father and husband, those children were his biggest accomplishments. His oldest son, Aiden, would playfully insult his dad to which Trevor would reply, “oh, really?” and immediately start a wrestling match to determine a winner (It was always Aiden). Madoc enjoyed one-on-one time with his dad many mornings before school, often being treated to “breakfast burgers” if Madoc promised not to tell the other kids. One time, Trevor bought extra sandwiches, which Madoc thought Trevor would share with the other kids, but we now know that he was just extra hungry that day. (Silly Daddy!!) His daughter Kinsleigh was a miniature version of him. He lovingly called her his “Pinkerton” because of her sly like detective skills, always able to see the truth and not afraid to speak it. His “tribe” will forever feel his loss, but even more so, his never-ending love.

He was predeceased by his father, Paul C. Reilly; brother, Nicholas Hamor; Grammie Margaret Hannan; and Grampie Vernon (Gene) Wyman.

Trevor is survived by his wife Carrie (Greene) Reilly, his sons Aiden and Madoc and daughter Kinsleigh; mother Kimberly Wyman (aka Short Stuff) and husband Kerry Guilford; Grammie Dorothy Wyman; Brother and best friend Ryan Reilly (Broski), wife Mallory and son Liam; siblings Shane Nedik, Crystal Nedik, Will Hamor, Philip Guilford, Trisha Morris, Cael Guilford, and Roxanne Guilford; Auntie Lisa Dresser, husband Tim and children Katie, Ashley and Chelsie; Uncle Kirk Wyman and children Sage and Saul; and his very special Unka Dug. Uncle John (Jack) Reilly, wife Carolyn and sons Josh and John; Uncle Tim Reilly, wife Ruby and children Travis Vigue and Ashley Daigneault, As well as many more loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and In-laws.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
