AUGUSTA — The Winthrop Area Handbell Ringers plan to hold a free holiday concert at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7, in the Community Meeting Room at the Lithgow Public Library, 45 Winthrop St.
The group will perform a medley of holiday favorites.
