SKOWHEGAN – Priscilla Jean (Emmons) Daggett, 98, passed away Jan. 1, 2023, at Maplecrest Rehabilitation and Living Center in Madison. She was born April 1, 1924, in Norridgewock, the daughter of Guy H. and L. Edna (Williamson) Emmons.

She graduated from Norridgewock High School, class of 1941. On April 5, 1942, she married Donald H. Daggett. Priscilla was a member of the Congregational Church of Norridgewock, presided as President for eight years of the Ladies Fellowship, member of the Somerset Norridgewock Extension and served as President, Vice President and Treasurer, she was also a receptionist for several years for Weight Watchers of Maine. In September of 1969, she retired from Depositor Trust (Key Bank).

Priscilla is survived by her daughter, Donna Lee Buzzell and husband Freeman; grandchildren, Christopher Buzzell, Jennifer Buzzell Hittle; great grandchildren, Cody Buzzell, Ivy Murray, Julia and Jiana Hittle; a great great grandchild, Chandler Buzzell; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of 51 years, Donald H. Daggett; parents; brothers, Arlon, Harold and Franklin; sister, Margaret Rogers.

The family wishes to express their gratitude for the care and compassion received from the staff at Maplecrest.

At Priscilla’s request, there will be no visitation hours or funeral service.
