United Way of the Tri-Valley Area has four warming centers are up and running for 2023.
These are an opportunity to save some money, turn down heat, visit with friends and have a meal Tuesday through Friday in January and February. March dates/places are being finalized, according to a news release from the United Way branch.
Centers will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for coffee, games, puzzles and visiting.
• St. Joseph Parish, 133 Middle St., Farmington: Open Tuesdays through March 23;
• Henderson Memorial Baptist Church, 110 Academy St., Farmington: Open Thursdays, Jan. 12, 19, 26;
• Old South First Congregational Church, 235 Main St., Farmington: Open Thursdays, Feb. 2, 9, 15, 22; and
• Beans Corner Baptist Church, 17 Chesterville Road, Jay: Open Fridays Jan. 20-Feb. 24.
