TURNER Jason Reynolds scored 27 points Friday to become the Winslow boys basketball team’s all-time leading scorer as the Black Raiders claimed a 63-52 win over Leavitt.

Reynolds, who broke the previous program record of 1,170 points, also recorded 21 rebounds for Winslow. Andrew Poulin added 16 points for the Black Raiders, who won their sixth straight game to improve to 8-1.

Leavitt was led by Sawyer Hathaway, who scored 20 points, and Brett Coburn, who netted 12.

 

MARANACOOK 71, LINCOLN ACADEMY 62: Brayden St. Pierre scored 24 points to lead the Black Bears to a win over the Eagles in Newcastle.

Keagan McClure scored 18 points, while Jacob McLaughlin added 12 points for Maranacook (7-3).

Gabriel Hagar led Lincoln Academy (6-4) with 17 points.

 

GIRLS BASKETBALL

 

CONY 67, MESSALONSKEE 46: Sage Fortin and Abby Morrill each scored 16 points to lead the Rams in Oakland.

Maci Freeman added 11 points — 9 off 3-pointers — for Cony (8-2).

Ashley Mullin scored a game-high 18 points to lead the Eagles (0-10).

 

MARANACOOK 57, LINCOLN ACADEMY 25: Natalie Mohlar scored 19 points to lead the Black Bears (6-4) past the Eagles (3-7) in Newcastle.

Kaleigh Kubicki added 10 points.

Mariam DeLisle led Lincoln with eight points.

 

MT. ABRAM 56, TELSTAR 35: Abi Wilcox led the Roadrunners (4-5) with 21 points in a win against the Rebels (2-6) in Salem Township.

Jenna Osgood finished with nine points.

Karen Marshall led Telstar with 15 points and Morgan Zetts had 10 points.
