What has happened to the U.S. Postal Service?
We had mail delivered at our home on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve but no delivery or pickup on the intervening four work days. I know there was no delivery as I had outgoing mail in my mailbox where it remained all week.
Then after the New Year holiday we had mail delivered on Tuesday and Wednesday, Jan. 3 and 4, but we have not seen the mailman since. Outgoing mail still sits in my mailbox.
I can understand if the USPS is shorthanded for some strange reason, but why can’t they provide us with a schedule of mail service so we know when outgoing mail will be picked up?
This service, or lack thereof, is totally unacceptable.
