SKOWHEGAN — Connor Sides scored 19 points as the Nokomis boys basketball team defeated Skowhegan 54-50 on Thursday.
The Warriors (11-5) snapped a 37-37 tie after three quarters.
Madden White added 11 points for Nokomis, which led 23-22 at halftime.
Kyle LePage netted a game-high 23 points for Skowhegan (7-5), followed by Adam Savage with 12.
BOOTHBAY 51, HALL-DALE 47: Finn Harkins scored 18 points, Gryffin Kristan added 15 and the Seahawks (7-5) earned the win in Boothbay Harbor.
TJ Wilson led Hall-Dale (6-6) with 18 points.
GIRLS BASKETBALL
MT. ABRAM 50, DIRIGO 37: Kharlie Turner scored 16 points as the Roadrunners (5-6) won at Strong.
Kharlie Turner and Bailea Haines added 11 points for Mt. Abram, which led 21-11 at halftime.
Jayce Brophy scored 13 points for Dirigo (4-11), followed by Grace Robbins with 12.
