Ted Beaulieu

AUGUSTA – Ted Beaulieu, 81, passed away Aug. 20, 2022 at MaineGeneral Rehabilitation and Long Term Care at Glenridge after a long a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s. He was born on June 19, 1941 and was a long-time resident of Augusta.

A graduate of Cony High School, Ted went on to enlist in the United States Navy, and proudly served his country for four years. Ted had an entrepreneurial spirit, and started his own business, Theodore’s Seamless Gutters, where locals were familiar with his slogan, “If you gotta have gutters, we gutter”.

In 1967, Ted married Cecile Allaire and they were married for 20 years and had two children. In 2004 he married Donna Bond, and they created many wonderful memories in their 18 years together. Ted owned a sailboat they would travel from Rockland, down to Florida where they spent the winters. After spending several winters with the sailboat, they decided to travel by land and purchased an RV, touring all across America before buying a condo to enjoy the Florida winters for a while.

Ted always had a joke to tell and will be remembered for his lighthearted disposition, and the smile on his face.

He was predeceased by first wife, Cecile in 2000 and last wife, Donna in 2020.
