BANGOR – Alice C. Lippert, 95, passed away Jan. 24, 2023, at a local hospital. She was born June 28, 1927, in New York, New York, the daughter of Charlotte Cleveland and Frank Stack and later, Thomas W. Hampton.

Alice was a member of the Ellsworth Congregational Church and the Order of the Eastern Star, Irene Chapter, #97, Ellsworth. She worked at Farmer’s Home Administration until her retirement, in 1992.

In addition to her parents, Alice was predeceased by her husband, Robert G. B. Lippert, CTCS U.S. Navy; daughter, Faith Lippert; and a special friend, Richard Reidy. Surviving Alice, are her daughter, Pauline Blanchard and her husband, Dennis, of Mount Desert; son, Robert G. Lippert and his wife, Catherine, of Augusta; grandchildren, Michael Blanchard and his wife, Diana, of Gorham, Doug Blanchard and his wife, Dawn, of Woodsville, New Hampshire, David Lippert and his wife, Mary, of Orlando, Florida, Melissa Lippert, of Los Angeles, California, Robert L. Lippert and his wife, Jessica, of Augusta; and eight great-grandchildren.

Interment will be in Arlington National Cemetery, Washington D.C., at a date and time to be announced.
