BELGRADE – Kelly Fisher, 59, passed peacefully in her sleep on Feb. 2, 2023 after a 35-year battle with MS.

She was born on Oct. 7, 1963, daughter of Joseph and Judith Grant. Kelly was a graduate of Winslow High School class of 1981. She travelled extensively in her 20s and enjoyed what life could bring. She loved music, playing guitar in her younger years and was eternally positive and uplifting.

She loved making friends and enjoying the church atmosphere with her husband in her later years. Her whole life was for her children and her family.

Kelly is survived by her husband Robert of 22 years; her children Emily and George and her bonus kids Merle, Neal, Deborah, and Scott; her eight grandchildren; her mother, Judy Grant; siblings Scott and Shannon and their families; and all her extended family.

She was predeceased by her father, Joe, in 2009.

A celebration of life will be held at the Pentecostal Church in Oakland on Feb. 11 at 11 a.m.
