PORTLAND — Tom Womersley has joined KeyBank’s Maine Commercial Banking team as senior middle market relationship manager, reporting to Commercial Sales Leader Colin March, according to a news release from KeyBank.
In this role, Womersley is responsible for generating new and deepening existing client relationships with businesses with annual revenues above $25 million throughout Key’s Maine and northern New England market.
He joins Key after five years with Jefferies’ Leveraged Finance group. Previously, he spent 10 years in various positions in the investment banking space with Credit Suisse and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He resides in Freeport.
