MOSCOW – Gregory “Greg” Hutchins, 60, passed away Feb. 6, 2023, at his home in Moscow. He was born June 23, 1962, in Skowhegan, the son of Charles and Juanita (Cates) Hutchins.

He attended Valley High School. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion and enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing guitar, making knives with deer horn handles, collecting knives, photo shopping pictures on the computer, creating and administering a cooking page on Facebook, and spending a lot of time in “the shop” with friends.

Greg is survived by his mother, Juanita Hutchins of Moscow; sisters, Dianne Dawes and husband Craig of Sidney, Jeanette Roderick and husband Dana of Moscow; brother, Larry Hutchins and fiancée Ellie Hinkley of Moscow; special aunt, Gloria Beane of Moscow; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and aunts. He was predeceased by his father, Charles Hutchins; brother, Kevin Hutchins; best friend, Ralph Howard.

The family extends a special thanks to all the health care workers who have taken care of Greg all these years.

A graveside service will be held May 20, 2023 at 1 p.m., at the Robinson Memorial Cemetery in Moscow.
