AUGUSTA – Stephen Todd Melanson, “T-Todd”, of Augusta passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2023, with his loved ones by his side. Stephen was born in Bangor on Sept. 14, 1971, the son of Dickie and Marilyn Melanson. Stephen grew up in Windsor with his mother and seven siblings. He attended Cony high school. He was a carpenter and enjoyed camping and fishing. Stephen especially enjoyed spending time with family. Having cookouts and family gatherings were his happiest times. Stephen will be sadly missed by his nephews and nieces to whom he had close relationships with. T-Todd will be remembered for his quick wit and sense of humor and willingness to help people out.

Stephen is survived by three brothers, Ricky Melanson and his wife Louanne of Norway, Rodney Melanson and his wife Alycia Benner of Belfast, Bobby Melanson and his wife Kris Melanson of New Jersey, three sisters, Shari Howell and her husband Dick Howell of Whitefield, Shonda Melanson and her partner Bruce Jack of Ellsworth, and Heather Melanson of Bangor. Stephen was predeceased by his father, Dickie melanson, his mother Marilyn Melanson, his brother Mark Melanson, his sister’s, Shelley Melanson and Lori Melanson, and a niece Amanda Allen and brother-in-law Steve Gagne.

A graveside service will be held in the spring.
