The Gardiner Library Association seeks plants for its sale scheduled for 8 a.m. Saturday, May 20, at Gardiner Public Library, 152 Water St.
All types of plants are welcome.
Plants include natives, cuttings, seedlings, divided perennials, herbs and vegetables. They need to be healthy, and pest-free, and no invasive species. All plants need to be in pots and labeled, according to a news release from the association.
Plants can be delivered between 3 and 7 p.m. Friday, May 19, to the library or before 7:30 a.m. May 20, according to a news release from the association.
The plants will sell for $1, $3, $5 or $10. All proceeds from the sale will go the the association, which maintains the building and gardens. Volunteers will be on site for assistance.
