Kelley, of China, plans to attend Plymouth State University in New Hampshire to study graphic design.

New Dimensions FCU awards scholarships to deserving high school seniors demonstrating strong character, community involvement, and academic success.
This year they had two exceptional candidates who excelled academically and went above and beyond in their communities. High school officials supported each student by offering recommendations and kudos for their accomplishments, according to a news release from the Waterville-based credit union.
Furthermore, both students’ essays showed that their character and assessment of financial literacy aligned with FCU’s mission and values, the news release noted.
