The Western Maine Art Group will host a First Friday Reception featuring the artwork of Erica Christensen from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, July 7, at the Main Street Gallery in Norway.
Christensen’s watercolors celebrate Maine’s coast, birds, and flowers. Her goal is to convey a sense of place and a reflection of our environment in all its beauty. She’s enjoying the challenge of learning how to combine the imaginative part of painting with hands-on technique.
The exhibit includes original paintings, prints, and notecards and will be on display from July 7 through July 30. Refreshments will be served at the reception.
