The Taste of Waterville is set for noon-11 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 2, at Head of Falls, off Front Street in Waterville.
The event is a showcase of flavorful offerings from local food trucks to area restaurants. This adult-focused event includes a full day of music, entertainment, brew sampling, beer and wine gardens, and a corn hole tournament.
Culinary vendors will be open noon-5 p.m., food trucks will be available noon-10 p.m., brew tasting is set for 4-7 p.m. and a corn hole tournament is planned for 4-8 p.m.
Entertainment will include The Kennebec Valley Chordsmen at noon, Byron Glaus at 1 p.m., Dom Colizzi at 2 p.m., Payton Dawn at 3 p.m., Downeast Brass at 4:30 p.m. and Mike Morrison at 6 p.m.
On the main stage in the beer and wine garden will be Shane McNear at 4:30 p.m., Dakota at 6:30 p.m. and 12/OC at 8:30 p.m.
