Volunteers from the Waterville Rotary Club recently participated in the Waterville Elks Lodge 905 Tools to Thrive Backpack Giveaway program.
Six hundred backpacks were packed with school supplies which are distributed to students in grades K-12. Hygiene bags for the students also were packed.
