LEWISTON — Torie Tibbetts had two goals and two assists as the Hall-Dale field hockey team defeated St. Dominic 5-1 on Saturday for its first win of the season.

Hannah Rauch, Mira Skehan and Grace Estes also scored for the Bulldogs (1-1), while Delanie MacDonald added an assist.

Jade Graham made six saves in goal for Hall-Dale. St. Dominic is 0-3.

 

MT. BLUE 4, POLAND 0: Mikayla Wilcox and Kalie Judkins got the Cougars (2-0) going in the first quarter of a win in Poland.

Wilcox opened the scoring off an assist from Kensley Malcore. Judkins scored two goals of her own in the opening period, with Summer Sawyer and Wilcox providing assists.

Wilcox also assisted on Lily Huntley’s second-quarter goal.

Freshman goalie Gwen Lesperance stopped the only shots she faced to earn the shutout for Mt. Blue. Addie Michaud made nine saves for Poland (0-3).

 

BOYS SOCCER

 

RICHMOND 7, CHOP POINT 0: Hunter Mason had two goals and two assists as the Bobcats (2-0) prevailed in Woolwich.

Ben Fournier and Logan Zoulamis also scored twice for Monmouth, while Kenny Mecham had a goal and three assists. Brady Alexander added an assist.

Phinn Foster (two saves) and David Edwards were in goal for Monmouth, while Elijah Burkhardt made 13 saves for Chop Point (0-1).

 

GIRLS SOCCER

 

MONMOUTH ACADEMY/WINTHROP 10, CONY 0: Abigail St. Clair and Tarynn Keleher each tallied hat tricks as the Mustangs (2-1) rolled in Monmouth.

Audrey Langlois scored two goals and Abby Atwood and Riley Smith also found the back of the net for Monmouth/Winthrop. Atwood notched five assists, Annabelle Carlton had two, and St. Clair, Langlois, Smith and Zion Armstrong each added one. June Foyt secured the shutout in goal.

Emma Buccellato made 24 saves for Cony (0-3).
