An Albion man has been indicted on 11 counts alleging he sexually assaulted, touched and exploited a child, and also possessed images of child sexual abuse.

Sean M. Eori, 43, was indicted on one count of gross sexual assault, three counts of unlawful sexual contact, two counts of sexual abuse of a minor, one count of sexual exploitation of a minor and four counts of possession of sexually explicit materials.

All of the charges involve allegations involving children, some younger than 14, some younger than 16.

The most serious charge, the Class A felony charge of gross sexual assault, alleges that on or between Jan. 8, 2019, and Jan. 6, 2021, Eori engaged in a sexual act with a minor younger than 14-years-old. It is punishable by up to 30 years in prison.

The other allegations, other than the four charges related to child sexual abuse images, all appear to involve the same child victim, between Jan. 8. 2019 and June 6, 2022, and all occurred in Kennebec County, though the indictment does not indicate which municipality.

The four counts of possession of sexually explicit materials allegedly took place in Windsor, June 23, 2022, and involved images of children under the age of 16.
