I’m going to keep this short. If CMP/Iberdrola/Avangrid can find $39 million to win the Question 3 referendum question then they obviously have more money than they need and should not be going to the Maine PUC asking for any rate increases any time in the near or distant future.

That $39 million should have been applied to improving their services and this referendum would not have even been necessary. Think about it.
