Frank Van Soeren, 67, of Rangeley Plantation, has been safely located, Maine State Police reported Saturday night.

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office issued a silver alert Friday morning for Van Soeren, who has cognitive issues.

He had been seen last at Walmart in Farmington just before 10 p.m. on Thursday.
