The Dead River Area Historical Society’s annual meeting is set for 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 26, at the Eustis Community Building, 84 Main St.
The slate of officers for 2024 to be voted on will be as follows: President Lenny Hobbs, Vice President needs to be nominated, and Secretary Hazel Hogan and Treasurer Jim Bigelow; the vice president needs to be nominated.
There will be a pig in a poke auction; all proceeds will go to the purchase of frames for the Military Room.
The society pictorial 2024 calendars are still available. Calendars can be found for sale at Fotter’s Market, T&L Enterprises, and Flagstaff General Store.
