GARDINER — Healthy Communities of the Capital Area (HCCA) welcomes Mallory Siddiqui as Tobacco Prevention coordinator.

Siddiqui is responsible for planning and implementing policy, systems and environmental change strategies within the community to address tobacco use and exposure, according to a news release from Adlin Deering with the nonprofit public health organization.

Siddiqui comes as a recent graduate with a Masters of Science in Global Health from Northwestern University, a Master’s of Education from Arizona State University, and a background in education.
