AUGUSTA — Paul McKee begins his term as president of the Maine Association of Realtors for 2024.

McKee has held a Maine real estate license since 2003 and is a lead buyer specialist of The Hatcher Group with Keller Williams Realty in Portland. He served as the Maine Association of Realtors president-elect and first vice president and currently serves on the board of directors for the Maine Real Estate Information System, and also serves as a director and a member of the Major Investor Council for the National Association of Realtors, according to a news release.

MAR represents 6,400 Realtors statewide involved in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate and 450 affiliated professionals involved in real estate transactions such as lenders, closing agents, title agents, appraisers, building inspectors, and surveyors. In 2022, Maine’s real estate industry accounted for $15.7 billion or 18.6% of Maine’s Gross State Product.
