Francis E. Yeaton

RICHMOND – Francis E. Yeaton, 88, of Richmond, passed away on Jan. 3, 2024, at his home in Richmond.

Francis was born on March 8, 1935, the son of Chester L. and Marion L. (Martin) Yeaton.

Francis enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and doing carpentry work. He owned the Richmond Dairy Bar for 10 years, worked as a wood cutter, a trash hauler with his nephew Kevin Smith, construction worker, delivered milk and his favorite job was as an over-the-road truck driver for St. Johnsbury.

Francis was predeceased by his first wife Shirley, daughter Karen, and his son Greg., and brother Robert. He is survived by his wife Louise, daughter Vicki, stepson David and wife Rebecca, Stepdaughter Mary and spouse Frank, and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. He is also survived by his two sisters Elizabeth (Betty) and Carol.

A celebration of Francis’ life will be held at the Richmond Nazarene Church on Saturday, Jan. 27, 2024, at 11 a.m.,
