My dad recently died. He used to volunteer as a consumer advocate at the attorney general’s office. A vastly independent thinker with a variety of pastimes, he used to follow the careers of local politicians.
Shenna Bellows was one of his favorites. He and anyone who was interested in listening, would discuss her political activities, and possible reasoning. He was thrilled to hear her recently address one of our town meetings. She responded to his occasional written inquiries aptly and with tact.
He felt she might make a dandy future Maine governor. I agree.
