Kevin was born Nov. 3, 1959, in Pocatello, Idaho, to Tim and Judy (Anderson) Brennan. Kevin was the third oldest of ten children. His siblings were Bridget (Brian), Timothy (Denise), Michael (Anne), Patrick (Mireya), Margret (Joel), Kathryn (Sean), Sean (Leanne), Erin (Nancy), and Kelly (Chari).

Kevin graduated from Bishop Kelly High school and attended the University of Idaho for a short period. He then joined the army where he successfully graduated from Airborne Ranger School and became part of this elite U.S. Army special forces unit. This training was so grueling that Kevin weighed 175 pounds entering the program and 135 pounds finishing the program. This was the training that prepared Kevin to be the warrior for Christ that he was later in his life.

Kevin was introduced to his beautiful wife Sue, through his two sisters Bridget and Kathryn who worked with Sue at St Alphonsus Hospital in Boise, Idaho. This romance turned to love, and they were married June 22,1991.

Kevin and Sue moved to Beaverton, Oregon, where Kevin attended Multnomah Biblical Seminary School and where Kevin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies. Kevin and Sue then moved to Lava Hot Springs, Idaho, where they cared for Grandma Brennan for two years.

In 1995 Kevin and Sue moved to Maine. Kevin went to work as an arborist for a tree trimming company and Sue started working for a hospital as a registered nurse. Kevin built Sue a farm in West Gardiner that included horses, multiple goats, their beloved dog Joey, and cat Moses. But more importantly, this is where they started their ministry to share the Gospel with so many.

Kevin was a mighty man of God and true student of the Word. He defended the bible unapologetically. He loved everyone and shared the Gospels boldly with anyone that would listen. He ministered to his neighbors, friends, and family whenever given the opportunity. Kevin sponsored a “BBQ for Jesus” each summer at his farm and hosted a bible study each Friday for several years. He also ministered internationally with trips to Romania and Pakistan. Kevin was very generous both with his time and his money. He supported many needs locally as well as supporting a Christian school in Pakistan.
Kevin’s love for Sue, her love for him, and their love for Christ was unique and special. He cherished Sue and she was so tender and loving to him.

Kevin will be missed by so many, but he is now home. Kevin fought the good fight, he finished the race, and he remained faithful.

Kevin is survived by his wife Susan (Hickey) Brennan of West Gardiner.
