WATERVILLE — Braden Rodrigue scored 23 points as the Winslow boys basketball team defeated Waterville 71-50 on Saturday.

Tyler Nadeau added 14 points and Matthew Reynolds 10 for Winslow (11-5).

Derek Couture scored 20 points for Waterville (3-13), followed by Jacoby Sirois with 10.

 

MADISON 61, OLD ORCHARD BEACH 51: The Bulldogs (8-8) charged back from a 20-point halftime deficit, capping their comeback with a 18-0 run to start the fourth quarter as they stunned the Seagulls (6-10) in Old Orchard Beach.

Madison trailed 39-19 at halftime but outscored the Seagulls 42-12 in the second half.

Ethan Linkletter scored 11 of his 15 points in the fourth quarter, including the go-ahead basket early in the fourth. Nathan Cornforth contributed 13 points and Deacon Murray had 11.

Brady Plante led OOB with 18 points, 15 in the first half. Levi Perrone finished with 14.

 

CARRABEC 63, RANGELEY 19: The Cobras rolled to a 37-5 halftime lead en route to their sixth straight win in North Anson.

Pete Vicneire had a game-high 15 points for Carrabec (12-5), and Jackson Newton had nine points.

Brayden Thompson and Anthony Whittier had seven points each for Rangeley (5-11).

MADISON 40, OLD ORCHARD BEACH 25: Jacey Moody scored 10 points, Raegan Cowan added eight, and the Bulldogs (14-2) bounced back from a two-game losing streak to beat the Seagulls (6-10) in Old Orchard Beach.

Sarah Davis led OOB with nine points.

MT. VIEW 52, MT. ABRAM 36: Madison Bennett scored a game-high 15 points as the Mustangs (12-4) pulled away in Salem Township.

Arianna Bradeen and Savannah Lorenz scored 11 and 10 points, respectively, for Mt. View, which took control with a 17-7 second quarter.

Jenna Osgood led Mt. Abram (5-10) with 10 points, while McKenzie Contreras and Bailea Haines each chipped in with six.

 

FOREST HILLS 36, BUCKFIELD 29: Kelsey Rancourt scored 14 points as the Tigers (12-5) outscored the Bucks 8-0 in the fourth quarter to win in Jackman.

Addison Stevens-Belanger scored nine points, all on 3-pointers, for Buckfield (7-9).

KENTS HILL 39, OAK HILL 31: Lucy McDonald scored 15 points as the Huskies (2-13) won in Readfield.

Kents Hill shut out Oak Hill 10-0 in the fourth quarter.

Audrey McElhaney scored a game-high 18 pints for Oak Hill (1-15).
