OAKLAND — Morgan Cunningham scored 22 points as the Cony girls basketball team beat Messalonskee 62-36 in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class A game on Tuesday night.
Cassie Lacroix added 17 points and Abby Morrill 12 for the Rams (10-7).
Ella Hanson and Ashley Mullen scored 10 points apiece for the Eagles (2-16).
BOYS BASKETBALL
OCEANSIDE 69, WINSLOW 51: Carter Galley scored 33 points as the Mariners (17-0) won in Winslow.
Zeb Foster added 14 points and Cohen Galley 11 for Oceanside.
Matthew Reynolds scored 16 points and Carter Cavlo added 15 for Winslow (11-6).
MADISON 46, LISBON 35: Nathan Cornforth paced the Bulldogs (9-8) with 19 points in the win over Greyhounds (1-16) in Lisbon.
Brode Strout had 14 points in the win.
Owen Booker led Lisbon with nine points Keeghan Morrissette had with eight points.
BELFAST 74, WATERVILLE 73: The Lions (1-17) were outscored 31-15 in the fourth quarter but held on to earn their first win of the season in Waterville.
Andrew Haas scored 27 points for Belfast, while Eli Veilleux added 11.
Elijah Cullen scored 20 points and Derek Couture 19 for Waterville (3-14), followed by Garrett Gendreau (15) and Jacoby Sirois (10).
TELSTAR/GOULD 61, OAK HILL 59: Reiley Hedded led the Rebels (6-11) with 17 points in the victory in Wales.
Teammate Connor Deprey had 15 points and Brody Morgan added 12.
Braden New led all scorers with 18 for Oak Hill (2-15) while Eli Desmond had 16 and PJ Smith 12.
LINCOLN ACADEMY 55, MT. VIEW 45: Lucas Houghton had 12 of 15 points in the fourth quarter as the Eagles (14-3) came from behind to edge the Mustangs (12-5) at Thorndike.
Casey Duncan chipped in with 15 points and 10 rebounds. Houghton also had 12 rebounds.
