Elm City Bridge Club
Gabrielle Rice and Suzon Morrison finished first at the Elm City Bridge Club in Waterville during the March 19 duplicate bridge session.
Maureen Brochu and Jessie Gunther came in second, with Dick Quinlan and Natasha Rosenbaum placed third.
Games begin at 12:30 p.m. Tuesdays at the Waterville Elks Lodge, 76 Industrial St.; new players are welcome.

Capitol City Duplicate Bridge Club
The Capitol City Duplicate Bridge Club winners for March 20 were Paul Mitnik and Ron Cote. Pat Damon and Dan Townsend tied Jean Bird and Ken Harvey for second place.
The winners for March 21 were Tom Simmons and Anil Goswami. Fred Letourneau and Sharron Hinckley placed second; Mitnik and Glenn Angell came in third.
The games are played at noon Wednesday and 6 p.m. Thursday at the East Winthrop Baptist Church, 55 Old Village Road.
Participants should bring a partner. Those who need a partner can call Mitnik, the director, at 207-313-2648 at least two days in advance of the scheduled games.
