Chris Allen Gulnick

STARKS – Chris Allen Gulnick, 56, passed away on March 21, 2024, at his home in Starks. Chris was born on May 14, 1967, in Wareham, Mass. Chris was a beloved husband, son, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.

Chris was known for his infectious laughter, sense of humor, and his ability to light up any room with his smile. He was a caring and loving individual who was always willing to help others, especially when it came to building or fixing things. Chris would always say how his wife, Carla, meant the world to him and how he was living the best years of his life with his one true love. Chris found joy in spending time outdoors, engaging in activities such as hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, and camping. He also had a green thumb and enjoyed working on his truck and playing cribbage.

He is survived by his loving wife Carla; mother Carol Gulnick; son Christian Harrington, son Christopher with wife Stacey, daughter Amanda Oliver-Sites with husband Anthony; brother David Gulnick with wife Kelly; sister Vicki Gulnick-Newcomb with husband John; grandchildren Lindsey, Christian Jr., Rebecca, Alexis, Jordan, Joe, Kiera, Adriana, and Amara; godfather Richard Gilbert and his godchild Danielle Gilbert-Gallus; sisters-in-law Sara Kelley, Penny Peters with husband Bill, Cindy Robinson, and Sheba Patterson; as well as many uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. He is also survived by his beloved and pride and joy fur baby, Cat Sophia.

Chris was predeceased by his father William J Gulnick; sister Cheryl L Gulnick; father-in-law and mother-in-law Carl and June Ward, brother-in-law Richard Kelley, and sister-in-law Joanne Cwikla.

A memorial service to celebrate Chris’s life will be held at Dan & Scott’s Chapel, 445 Waterville Rd, Skowhegan, ME 04976, on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. There will be a gathering at the Starks Community Center Anson Rd, Starks, following the service.

Chris will be deeply missed by all who knew him, his memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
