AUGUSTA — An antique appraisal fair is scheduled for 1-4 p.m. Thursday, May 2, at the Lithgow Public Library Community Meeting Room, 45 Winthrop St.
A donation to the Friends of Lithgow Library is required for each appraisal. People are asked to bring no more than five items, and no glass or china unless it is Tiffany.
Thomaston Place Auction Galleries will offer evaluations with the understanding that if a participant would like to have an item sold after it is appraised, they have the option to explain the consignment process and invite the appraisee to consign the item(s) to their auctions.
