BURNHAM – Paul Robert Gross, 72, of Burnham, passed away Jan. 8, 2024, in Florida after a bout with cancer. Born Jan. 3, 1952, Paul was the youngest son of three boys born to the late Sydney M. and Katherine F. Gross of Revere, Massachusetts.

He is survived by Cynthia “Cindy”, his wife of nine years; two brothers, Manuel L. Gross (wife Carolyn) of Northampton, Massachusetts, and Roy A. Gross (wife Julie) of Fernandina Beach, Florida; and his nieces and nephews.

Paul had a lifelong love of music, playing gigs all over with his group, Stone Quarry. He was also a talented cook, adept at making a wide variety of dishes for family and friends. His desire to be free brought him to rural Maine where he built several solar homes, the last of which will also become his final resting place.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Paul.
