Celebrate the accomplishments of youth artists during our 16th annual Student Art Show from 1-3 p.m. on Saturday, April 13, at Wicked Illustrations in Lewiston.

Artwork from K-12 students will be on display from Lewiston Public Schools, Saint Dominic Academy and Wicked Illustrations.

An awards ceremony will be held at 1:30 p.m. Awards are given by age group and will include Best in Show and Honorable Mentions. A special adult category will be added for Wicked Illustrations adult students and there will also be a People’s Choice Award.

Judges this year are artists Jennifer Gammon and Sadie Bonang as well as gallery owner and mayor Carl Sheline. Curators are Melanie Therrien, owner/operator of Wicked Illustrations, and Kate Cargile, art teacher at Lewiston High School.

The show will remain on view through April. The event is free and open to the public. Wicked Illustrations is located at 140 Canal St., Lewiston.
