Dwight W. Barron Jr.
LITCHFIELD – Dwight W. Barron, Jr., 78, a resident of Litchfield, passed away on April 17, 2024, at his home. He was born Oct. 5, 1945, in North Anson, the son of Dwight Barron, Sr. and Thelma (Otis) Barron. He was educated in the North Anson schools.
Dwight worked in the textile mills in Biddeford and Waterville. He volunteered for the Goodwin Mills Rescue. Dwight was very proud of his time as an ed tech at the Waterville High Tech Center. He enjoyed doing woodworking and carpentry.
He is survived by his daughter, Michelle Gross and husband Mike of West Gardiner, two adopted daughters, Debra Barron and Venus Ammons; his grandchildren, Justin Burnell and companion Kate Kenney, Kiera Burnell and companion Mike Pollis; three great-grandchildren, Cassidy Burnell, Elijah Hood, Lillian Hood; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; and two brothers, Dennis and Richard Barron.

ļ»æPer Dwight’s request there will be no formal service. Dwight W. Barron, Jr. Arrangements by BRAGDON-FINLEY FUNERAL HOME, 707 Main Street, Monmouth, Maine. Interment will be in North Anson at the convenience of the family.
