Elm City Bridge Club
Ken Harvey and Dan Townsend finished first at the Elm City Bridge Club in Waterville during the April 24 duplicate bridge session. Fred Letourneau and Brad Hayward placed second; Paul Mitnik and Paul Sherman placed third.
The winners for April 25 were Tom Simmons and Anil Goswami, tying for first place with Letourneau and Sharron Hinckley. Vern Arey and Kathy Burden placed third.
Games begin at 12:30 p.m. Tuesdays at the Waterville Elks Lodge, 76 Industrial St.; new players are welcome.

Capitol City Duplicate Bridge Club
The Capitol City Duplicate Bridge Club winners for April 23 were Diane Bishop and Ken Harvey, followed by Joyce Rushton and Wilma Pouliot, second, and Sylvia Palmer and Jessie Gunther, third.
The games are played at noon Wednesday and 6 p.m. Thursday at the East Winthrop Baptist Church, 55 Old Village Road.
Participants should bring a partner. Those who need a partner can call Mitnik, the director, at 207-313-2648 at least two days in advance of the scheduled games.
