Elm City Bridge Club
A small group played during the May 21 duplicate bridge session at the Elm City Bridge Club in Waterville.
Natasha Rosenbaum and Jessie Gunther placed first, and Lee Lenfest and Wilma Pouliott second.
Games begin at 12:30 p.m. Tuesdays at the Waterville Elks Lodge, 76 Industrial St.; new players are welcome.

Capitol City Duplicate Bridge Club
The Capitol City Duplicate Bridge Club winners for May 22 were Paul Mitnik and Paul Sherman. Jane Elliott and Nancy Lindgren placed second, and Dennis Purington and Glenn Angell placed third.
The winners for May 23 were Marilyn Ware and Martha Morrill. David Martz and Ruth Kenney placed second, and Mitnik and Sherman placed third.
The games are played at noon Wednesday and 6 p.m. Thursday at the East Winthrop Baptist Church, 55 Old Village Road.
Participants should bring a partner. Those who need a partner can call Mitnik, the director, at 207-313-2648 at least two days in advance of the scheduled games.
