AUGUSTA — Lithgow Public Library is set to offer a class, Beginner Junk Journaling by Maryanne Fotter, from 1:30-4 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13, at 45 Winthrop St.
Participants can unlock their creativity as they learn techniques to make a vintage-themed Nature Journal. They’ll be instructed on how to transform eclectic bits of paper, ribbon, fabric scraps and printed images into a keepsake work of art.
Upon completion, they will take away a hand-made nature journal filled with pockets, tuck spots, writing space and ephemera that is ready to use. No prior experience is necessary.
Space is limited. Register by Tuesday, Aug. 6, by visiting the library calendar or call or visit the library.
