Elm City Bridge Club
The team of Diane Bishop and Kenneth Harvey topped the list at Elm City Duplicate Bridge on Aug. 20, followed by Su Morrison and Gabrielle Rice, with Lynne Kerschner and Jeannie Reillig third.
Games begin at 12:30 p.m. Tuesdays at the Waterville Elks Lodge, 76 Industrial St.; new players are welcome.

Capitol City Duplicate Bridge Club
The Capitol City Duplicate Bridge Club winners on Aug. 14 were Fred Letourneau and Sharron Hinckley.
Dot Murray and Lynn Macleod finished second; Dennis Purington and Glenn Angell finished third.
The winners on Aug. 15 were Tom Simmons and Anil Goswami. Paul Sherman and Lorna Davis finished second; Paul Mitnik and Deb Gardner finished third.
The games are played at noon Wednesday and 6 p.m. Thursday at the East Winthrop Baptist Church, 55 Old Village Road.
Participants should bring a partner. Those who need a partner can call Mitnik, the director, at 207-313-2648 at least two days in advance of the scheduled games.
