The Skowhegan Woman’s Club of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs recently made a $400 donation to the Travis Mills Foundation in Rome.
Past President Bonnie Chamberlain and past Secretary Sharon Adams presented a check to Kayla Krause, the foundation’s finance and administration manager.
A few years ago, the North Cornville Ladies’ Aide Society gave monies to the Skowhegan Woman’s Club with the stipulation that it be used to aid veterans. In 2022, Chamberlain chose to support the Travis Mills Foundation as her primary president’s project.
