I’m writing to endorse Judy Tunkle for the position of state representative in the towns of Chelsea, Dresden, Pittston and Randolph. Too many elected positions go unchallenged, and when there was no one to run against Michael Lemelin, Judy stepped up.
It’s hard work to run a campaign, and Judy has not wavered. I’ve witnessed her conversations with residents as she’s knocked on doors, and I’ve seen her compassion and determination to help in any way she can. As a founder and member of the successful Dresden Broadband Committee she built consensus and found solutions that will end the digital desert for rural households. As a social worker, she witnessed firsthand the need for affordable housing, accessible health care and treatment for substance abuse disorder. She will represent all voters in her district without regard to party, with a common-sense approach. Please join me in voting for Judy!
