FARMINGTON — Franklin Savings Bank has announced the promotion of Pam Dixon to executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Throughout her more than 17 years at the bank, Dixon has had roles in the accounting, human resources and internal audit departments.

She lives in Vienna with her husband and two children. She serves as treasurer of the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce board of directors and the Farmington Area Cal Ripken League.
