SKOWHEGAN — Over the River Ringers will perform a free bell concert at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10, at All Saints Episcopal Church at 169 Malbons Mill Road.
Over the River Ringers is a community-based group of bell ringers, youth and veteran performers.
Refreshments will be served. Donations accepted.
