WATERVILLE — A downtown winter parking ban is set to be in effect from midnight to 6 a.m. Friday, Dec. 6.
The concourse and downtown should be kept clear to allow for snow clean up by the Public Works Department. Overnight parking is permitted at the Head of Falls municipal parking lot.
