WATERVILLE — The Central Maine Growth Council recently presented its annual 2024 Developer of the Year award to Manor Gardens LLC and Arcon Realty, a sustainable and community-focused townhouse-style housing complex in Waterville.
Located in Waterville’s North End, Manor Gardens offers modern and sustainable living, featuring a mix of two-bedroom townhouses and one-bedroom apartments. Phase One of the development, now complete, includes nine buildings with 20 units, while Phase Two will add the remaining units.
Spanning 24,000 square feet, the development boasts premium amenities like in-unit laundry hookups, energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, and free on-site parking.
